Subject Pronoun.

Object Pronoun.

IMe
YouYou
HeHim
SheHer
ItIt
WeUs
TheyThem

We use pronouns so that we don't repeat names a lot. A pronoun replaces a name.
e.g. Henry is rich. Henry has a lot of money. = Henry is rich. He has a lot of money.

The subject pronoun does something and the object pronoun gets something.
e.g. Henry helps Susan. Henry helps Susan a lot. = Henry helps Susan. He helps her a lot.
e.g. Susan works with Henry and David. Susan likes Henry and David a lot. = Susan works with Henry and David. She likes them a lot.

Subject Pronoun.

Reflexive Pronoun.

IMyself
YouYourself(1)/Yourselves(2+)
HeHimself
SheHerself
ItItself
WeOurselves
TheyThemselves

We use reflexive pronouns when the subject and object are the same.
e.g. I hurt myself. (another person did not hurt me)
e.g. He washed himself. (another person did not wash him)
e.g. They looked after themselves well. (another person did not look after them)

If we put the word "by" before the reflexive pronoun, it means that the person, animal or object is or does something alone.
e.g. I am by myself. = I am alone.
e.g. We did it by ourselves. = We did it alone without help from anyone else.
e.g. It broke by itself. = It broke without something or someone else causing it to break.

Possessive Adjective.

Possessive Pronoun.

MyMine
YourYours
HisHis
HerHers
ItsIts
OurOurs
TheirTheirs

The possessive adjective tells us who owns something.
e.g. I have a red car. My car is red. (The word "my" tells you that I own the car.)
e.g. We have a green car. Our car is green. (The word "our" tells you that we own the car.)

The possessive pronoun is one word that replaces two words. The two words are the possessive adjective and the thing owned.
e.g. This car is my car. = This car is mine. (my car = mine)
e.g. That dog is her dog. = That dog is hers. (her dog = hers)
